✨ What I Hope AI Automates in UX:
👉 With the introduction of Cognition AI's Devin, the first AI software engineer that operates autonomously, I believe it's only a matter of time before UX has a similar counterpart.
👉 As a UX Designer, here are some tasks I'd love to see automated:
- Generating insights from heat maps
- Automating prototyping based on user flow recognition and prompting
- Automating the transition from lo-fi to hi-fi designs using existing design system guidelines
- Analyzing business models and customer personas based on a collection of materials and screenshots from various companies
The list goes on.
👉 When the day comes where all this manual work can be automated, I believe most UX roles will become more akin to service design.
✅ Instead of focusing just on the products, we can focus on what really matters - the bigger picture of customers and businesses.
